DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Once we receive confirmation that your site is ready to receive your ModHaus+ home or unit we will require a 100 percent payment down on all shipping and craning costs 15days prior to the shipping date.
The ModHaus+ Team will arrange with the shipping and crane operators to install your Home or unit on it foundation or grounds.
After the installation and utility hook ups are completed and we do a walk through we then give you the Keys.

First draft of architectural set of drawings. Some jurisdictions allow this as a Development Permit (planning) approval set
3D visual of your home where you can make revisions or approve and move onto the drawings

Any decks stairs or railings etc would be completed by your own contractor or one recommended by the ModHaus Team
PAYMENT STRUCTURES
We Require a 40% deposit 60days prior to the production date
Once your unit reaches key stages and completion of the steel structure and prior to electrician ,plumbing, drywall
paint and interior etc. we Require another 30% down payment
Upon completion of your project in the ModHaus factory the final 30% of the unit is due
10% is held back for 45 days after completion and or when a final walk threw and sign off is completed and any deficiencies are corrected
